Acceptance and Request for Exchange or Return
To request the exchange or return of a watch, please contact our Pagani Design Store Customer Service Center. Our communication channels are:

We will provide all the necessary instructions so that the process is carried out clearly and efficiently.
Conditions for Returns and Exchanges
•General Conditions: The watch must be returned in the same condition in which it was received: unused, with all seals and seals intact, in the original packaging, accompanied by all accessories, manuals and certificates.
•Return Identification: Include the return protocol (label sent by email after the request is initiated) and the sender's details in the packaging to facilitate identification.
•Procedure: Inform the order number, date of purchase, buyer's name and all relevant details about the exchange or return when contacting us. Our customer service channels will provide detailed instructions on how to proceed.
Shipping Costs
•Customer Responsibility: The cost of shipping watches returned due to dissatisfaction is the customer's responsibility, except in the specific situations described below.
•Exceptions:
• For defective watches reported within 7 days of receipt, Pagani Design Store will cover all shipping costs.
•In the event of our error in delivering the product (such as sending the wrong model), Pagani Design Store will cover all shipping costs.
Specific Situations
•Product or Packaging Damage: If the packaging is tampered with or the watch is damaged, refuse delivery. If refusal is not possible, contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
•Product Not in Accordance with the Order: If the watch delivered is different from the one requested, refuse delivery. If the product is accepted, notify us within 48 hours.
Return Policy
•Deadline: You have up to 7 calendar days from the date you receive the watch to request a return due to return of the order, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Code.
•Process: Send an email to contact@paganidesign.uk, informing your full name, order number and the reason for the return. After following the instructions and the product arrives at our location, it will be forwarded for Quality Control analysis. The refund will be processed within 30 days after receiving the returned product, using the same payment method selected at the time of purchase. There will be no additional cost for the refund.
Product Warranty
•Standard Warranty: We offer a 1-year warranty for manufacturing defects on watches, starting from the date of purchase. The details of the Warranty Activation will be informed to the customer as soon as they contact us.
•Return due to Defects or Vices: Defective watches can be returned within 30 days after receipt. To start the process, please send an email to contact@paganidesign.uk with your full name, order number and details of the defect (including photos or videos). After following the instructions, the product will be analysed by Quality Control. If the defect is confirmed, the refund will be processed in accordance with the refund policy. Shipping costs for this situation will be the sole responsibility of the store.
Important Information
•Failure to comply with the conditions, deadlines and procedures described in this policy may result in the refusal of the return or exchange.
•Watches that show signs of use or are not suitable for resale will not be accepted for return or exchange.
